Loan Assistant/Customer Service Representative – Community Bank MidSouth Bank – AL/FL 768 Beal Parkway North, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547 MidSouth Bank in Fort Walton Beach, FL, has an immediate opening for a knowledgeable and experienced Loan Assistant/Customer Service Representative. Successful candidate should offer no less than 2 years of banking experience, preferably with experience in loan documentation and processing. Employee will work under general supervision of branch manager and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Duties include assisting loan officers with the preparation and packaging of loan related documents, maintaining loan files, communicating with customers and underwriters concerning documentation requirements, promoting and cross-selling all products and services with a broad knowledge of bank offerings, processing new account transactions, and maintaining and servicing customer accounts. Successful candidate should possess an understanding of banking/lending terms and practices as well as strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers and other bank employees.
