We’re looking for a Bilingual Collector (English & Spanish) who is professional, friendly, and motivated by results. What You’ll Do:
Contact customers regarding past-due auto loan accounts Use both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base Work with customers to resolve accounts and set up payment plans Maintain accurate records of all collection activity Meet and exceed monthly performance goals Communicate with empathy while staying solution-focused
Schedule:
We work on a rotating schedule to ensure full coverage and flexibility: Shifts alternate between 9:00 AM
- 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM
- 5:00 PM One Saturday a month : 9:00 AM
- 1:00
PM What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- a must Experience in collections, customer service, or related field Strong communication and negotiation skills Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and with a team Familiarity with loan servicing systems is a plus!
