Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search tofill an Item Processing Representative position in West Palm Beach,FL. As an Item processing Representative you will be responsiblefor processing paperwork received from other units to ensureaccuracy and completeness according to procedures; escalatinginconsistencies and unusual issues to lead or supervisory staff forinstruction or resolution; submitting completed work to lead orsupervisory staff for review. • Tasks are performed within well-defined and established policy andprocedures and often include filing, sorting, listing, or verifyingbasic information.
• Tasks that require action outside of standard procedure arereviewed with lead or supervisory staff for approval andinstructions.
• Processes paperwork received from other units to ensure accuracyand completeness according to procedures.
• Escalates inconsistencies and unusual issues to lead orsupervisory staff for instruction or resolution.
• Submits completed work to lead or supervisory staff for review andverification.
• Files completed work according to well-defined, established policyand procedures.
• Makes routine entries into processing and tracking systems relatedto paperwork, deposits, and information processed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or the equivalent combination of education andwork experience required.
• Up to 6 months financial services/office experience required.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Consistently follow guidelines and procedures in performance ofduties.
• The ability to communicate clearly is also required.
• 1 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Products This is a part time position Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30PM Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages inthe industry to contract workers.
