Mortgage Loan Servicer-Construction performs the following functions: Processing all aspects of the construction final closing. Evaluating files and requesting documents from builders and members. Reviewing and updating assets, income, and credit for underwriting review. Selling loans to Investors to include researching and correcting certification issues as needed. Coordinating final closing with builders, members, and title companies. Review, research, and resolve general servicing questions from members or other

departments. Handle general servicing questions and tasks, including but not limited to loan history, payment reversals, escrow balance payments, escrow analysis changes, booking of mortgage loans, insurance inquiries, and other mortgage-related topics. Cross

• train on all department functions as assigned.

Qualifications include:

Excellent service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Thorough understanding of federal and state mortgage regulations. High school diploma or equivalent required.
