Business Analyst – Grants Management/Loan Servicing Position Available In DeKalb, Georgia

• MUST be local and willing to go onsite in the Buckhead area
• willstart onsite then move to more hybrid.

MUST have an Accounts Receivable background, ideally in LoanServicing. Must have strong reconciliation experience. Strong history of10-key and reconciling large columns of numbers. Expert at Excel We are seeking a Business Analyst to interpret the business needsand operational requirements of two major functions (grantsmanagement and loan servicing) and then translate them intorelevant technological solutions that will improve operatingefficiency and enhance customer service. The Business Analystexercises independent judgment and initiative to evaluate anddocument business processes and workflows, anticipate requirements,uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with/understanding ofgrants management and loan servicing processes. In addition, the candidate should have the ability to:

• Gain a thorough understanding of the grants management and loanservicing operation
• Use activity diagrams, scenarios, business analysis,flowcharts, document analysis, business process descriptions,interviews, and workflow analysis to interpret and document theneeds
• Gather information from multiple sources and criticallyevaluate it, reconcile conflicts, disseminating high-levelinformation into details and distinguish user requests from theirtrue needs
• Collaborate proactively with the technology team, programstaff, and senior leadership
• Use standard templates and natural language to developrequirement specifications
• Deliver work products throughout the project life cycle
• Ensure the system design as per the needs of the users
• Work independently
• Deploy effective project management techniques
• Work with various databases and spreadsheets
• Understand funds distribution and payment processing
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Effectively apply technology to tasks
• Show attention to detail
• Analyze and effectively problem solve Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accreditedcollege or university AND two to three years of experience relatedto area of assignment.

An equivalent combination of educationand job specific experience that provided the knowledge, experienceand competencies required to successfully perform the job at thelevel listed may be substituted on a year-over-year basis.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range:

$57/hr W2 ONLY. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based onseveral factors, including the candidate’s education, workexperience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,etc.
