$23 – $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 4
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Review disclosure related data entered into the Loan Origination System ( LOS ) for accuracy. Ensure proper loan set-up within the LOS and loan structure is accurate according to loan program and type. Inputs good faith fee data, prepares impounds and prepaid taxes/insurance to ensure correct figures are disclosed. Prepare and review initial disclosure packages including the Loan Estimate. Ensures proper delivery of the disclosure package to members through eSign or mail, depending on member response to electronic delivery Monitors and provide revised Loan Estimates within three days of a changed circumstance. Update the LOS to document the changed circumstance and Loan Estimate delivery timing. Reviews daily reports to ensure loans are disclosed according to regulation. Order and track required third-party reports such as appraisals, title, flood certifications, tax transcripts, and employment verifications.
