JOB SUMMARY:
The Loan Servicing Representative ensures the successful boarding of mortgage and commercial loans to the core operating system and processes loan modifications. This position ensures all real estate loans are appropriately insured, including force placing insurance when necessary, and processes all escrow activity for tax, hazard, flood, PMI, and optional insurance policies. The incumbent works with Loss Mitigation in response to delinquent tax notifications and responds to departmental customer correspondence and phone inquiries. Exceeds customer expectations and expands financial relationships by actively selling and cross-selling quality banking products and services to individual, family and business customers. Professional and pleasant interpersonal and communication skills are essential for servicing. Strong attention to detail, ability to process work quickly and accurately and must demonstrate the ability to work under deadline pressure. Lending background preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
HOURS :
Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
PAY DETAILS
: The typical salary for this position is $57,900. Individual salaries are determined based on various factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.

EXPERIENCE
High school or equivalent. Associates Degree preferred. Previous loan servicing or related financial services experience preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as compliance regulations, contracts, forms, and statutes and to prepare and communicate related policies and procedures. Ability to speak effectively with customers, vendors and employees of the Bank.
