Job Description:
At Regions, the Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative – Email responds to customer’s inquiries or complaints regarding Loan Servicing products or services. Primary Responsibilities Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments Informs customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem Responds to customer questions and concerns in writing to resolve a problem or provide information Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position is incentive eligible. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position Preferences One (1) year of customer service or related experience Skills and Competencies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Hattiesburg MS Training:
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm CST (3 months) Following training: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (CST) AND a weekend rotation (working 2 weekends out of 6). Weekend rotation would be Saturday or Sunday from 8am-5pm (you would work one day on the weekend and have an off day during the week. Shifts will be assigned based on business needs. Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
