Job Description:

At Regions, the Loan Servicing Equity Processor collects and validates documents received for the loan file to be submitted to underwriting for final approval. Primary Responsibilities Processes equity review Collects documentation to determine whether to foreclose, charge off, monitor a loan that is over 100 days past due (appraisal, credit report, title, etc) Calculates the amount of equity needed to make a decision Communicates with the customer to validate the data integrity of the loan file and loan application Collects and reviews the documentation as required by the underwriter Manages and updates the loan status every three business days Orders third party documentation to support data collected in file or required for final loan approval Submits completed files to underwriting in a timely manner to attain the closing date of the loan This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position Skills and Competencies Detail oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Strong time management

  • Reviews and Processes Delinquent Account Workflow.
  • Researches and Assists with Title Research and Issue Resolution.
  • Completes phone calls as needed This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future.

Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
