REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of customerservice experience
- Call center experience
- Strong communication,decision-making, and time management skills
- Proficiency inMicrosoft applications and ability to collaborate in a teamenvironment
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience in debt recovery orfinancial services
- Knowledge of FDCPA and compliance protocols
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$15/hr $15/hr; increases to $22/hr uponpermanent hire
Schedule:
Shifts vary between 7AM-9PM with two daysoff weekly Up to 2 Saturdays/month & 1 Sunday/quarter requiredMandatory overtime at month-end Temporary-to-Hire, W2

150791 ROLE IMPACT This role ensures timely andprofessional recovery of delinquent accounts, directly supportingthe client’s financial health. Success is defined by meeting orexceeding collection metrics, maintaining compliance, and providingexcellent customer service to resolve overdue balances efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect delinquent accounts in accordancewith standardized procedures
- Meet or exceed performance goals forcall volume, contact rate, and promises kept
- Negotiate paymentarrangements aligned with customers’ ability and willingness to pay
- Accurately document all interactions and follow-ups in the system
- Escalate problematic accounts to supervisor for further actionwhen needed

- Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, Outlook)
