Handle inbound/outbound calls to collect on payday loans, auto loans, credit cards, etc. Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement offers Process payments over the phone Use skip tracing software to locate debtors Maintain professionalism and follow FDCPA guidelines
Requirements:
Strong phone and communication skills Basic computer skills required Must be self-motivated and a team player Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Monday-Thursday:
9:00 AM – 5:00
