382231BK My client, a rapidly growing community bank, is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to perform daily operational tasks related to the servicing of consumer and commercial loan portfolios. Responsibilities Process loan payments, payoffs, advances, and escrow disbursements. Assist in the maintenance of loan records in the core banking system, including updates to loan terms, payment schedules, and borrower information. Monitor loan accounts for delinquencies, billing erros, and escrow variances. Generate and distribute notices such as payment reminders, escrow analysis, and statements. Perform quality control reviews on loan boarding and modifications to ensure compliance. Maintain confidentiality and security of all loan documentation and customer information. Requirements High school diploma required; Associates degree or some college coursework preferred. 1+ year of experienc ein loan operations, loan servicing, or banking preferred.
