JOB SUMMARY

Serve as an ambassador between the member and the credit union. This role covers a broad range of activities including, but not limited to, transaction processing, new accounts, loan processing, and customer service. Responsible for following all policies and procedures, while providing a professional, courteous and efficient customer service to our members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Obtain a thorough working knowledge of all Credit Union products.

Provide coverage on teller line, member services, lending and receptionist deskInteract with members to explain, promote and offer products as appropriateNew membership application, share draft, debit card, and other services as requestedInterview members and gather information for loan applicationsProcess loan check-backsAny other duties as assigned by managementComply with all safety and security policies, practices and procedures. Report any unsafe or suspicious activities to your supervisor.

Community involvement is a requirement of this position as outlined in the ServU Employee HandbookComplies with all federal, state, and organizational policies, procedures, and processes, including (but not limited to) the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Performs related responsibilities as required.

The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors determined by law.
