Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling and cross-selling Credit Union services to current and potential members. Credit Union services are to be promoted using the “member benefit-based approach”. Fully complies with the requirements of all Credit Union policies, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act and OFAC Works the daily closed loan report and is responsible for releasing liens on all collateral records. Locates material in files and provides information to SRP personnel as requested. Responsible for making new files and the renovation of current files. Responsible for tracking of all files that leave the file vault. Pulls folders of all paid out loan notes for processing Boxes and labels paid out loans. Assists in the processing of new titles. Saves all electronic title copies into imaging system. Responsible for conducting research and resolution of missing collateral documents. This includes significant telephone contact with parties involved, maintaining records of research efforts and conducting periodic reviews with Functions as a resource for collateral guidance on consumer loans for SRP staff and Performs routine filing of loan documents and signature cards. Daily scans electronic titles as well as other loan documents. In addition, monitors and eliminates any filing Processes loan payoffs received from dealers and insurance companies. Requests documentation from insurance companies to assist in GAP and Mechanical Breakdown Insurance claims. Processes and distributes all incoming documents from internal and external sources Works the closed membership report and pulls files accordingly In response to various audit and examination requests, assists management in the collection and review of collateral May be assigned other tasks by appropriate line

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Window s, Word, Excel, Outlook Email /Calendar and Internet Explorer software. Experience with Meridian Link or equivalent consumer loan software preferred.
