Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Myrtle Beach, SC to find a Loan Sales Representative to join their team! Apply now if you meet the qualifications below!
Responsibilities for this job include-1. Provide excellent service by building relationships and identifying customer financial needs2. Recommend appropriate loan products and services to meet customer expectations3. Interview customers professionally and with a results-driven attitude4. Originate new loans with new and existing customers5. Conduct assigned collection calls to arrange timely payments6. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation7. Ensure customer confidentiality and comply with all policies and regulations8. Participate in personal development and training9. Support branch and individual sales goalsQualifications for this job include-1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills2. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships3. Sales or customer service experience is a plus4. Organized, dependable, and motivated to meet performance goals5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced financial environment6. Reliable transportation and attendance7. Excellent computer skills8. High School Diploma or GED9. Pay Details:
