Job Summary Cargo Office Agent assists Cargo Supervisor with daily operations. They verify and keep records on import and export cargo as well as maintain applicable safety and quality standards. The expected pay rate is $22.17/hr. Your activities Prepare airline and customs documentation
Comply with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies
Ensure paperwork is prepared timely and accurately
Make sure paperwork related to the cargo is correct before release
Assure proper compliance with local and international laws and regulations
Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and Regulations
Comply with other general office duties as assigned Your profile High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good command of the English language both verbal and written General office operations skills
Customer focus and quality awareness
Must be able to work flexible working hours
Willing to work in inclement weather conditions
