Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the South Miami area. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a stable and consistent work setting. Qualifications Ability to learn and navigate our in-house cargo management systems. Thrives in a focused, structured, environment. Ability to maintain databases with accuracy and efficiency Able to keep pace during peak seasons with a team for support Previous experience Customs Brokerage is a plus Ability to reliably commute daily into Miami Key Responsibilities Document organization, uploading, labeling, and interpretation. Inspecting and identify any discrepancies or errors and take appropriate corrective actions. Ensure tasks are completed within specified timeframes in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate and cross train with team members to maintain workflow and share best practices. Data Entry, submitting information to CBP in an accurate and timely manner. Tracking and Monitoring cargo movement using various platforms.
