Export Agent 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33178 Export Agent We are currently seeking a qualified Export Agent for a permanent position. This position requires a professional with good working knowledge and experience in U.S. Foreign Trade Zones, Import & Export Compliance (U.S. and Int’l). We are looking for an individual who possesses ambition, integrity, personal accountability, a high level of energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude, and a passion for import/export compliance and customer service. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate knowledge in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collection of export documentation (Bills of Ladings, Airwaybill, EEI) from customers’ freight agents Uploading of documentation into the Foreign Trade Zone Software Assisting FTZ operations with closing of export/CBP files Basic audit of export documentation for compliance prior to final Trade Compliance audit. Support FTZ export documentation position in processing bonded orders to our multiple customers and destinations.
