The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented with a strong background in import/export documentation. This position offers a balanced mix of administrative and operational responsibilities (50/50), with a focus on coordinating international air and ocean shipments and managing all related logistics documentation. Pay rate $24-$26

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Process and negotiate bookings with international suppliers (shippers) Coordinate international exports from Miami using air and ocean freight Prepare, review, and manage all required export documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, BL, AWB, certificates of origin, SED, etc. Manage bookings and space with shipping lines, airlines, and freight agents Support warehouse operations as needed (50% administrative / 50% operational) Report directly to the Operations Manager in

Miami Direct Interaction With:

Clients Suppliers Corporate staff and departments

Academic and Technical Requirements:

Minimum education: High school diploma Proficient in Microsoft Office Familiarity with WMS systems (Magaya preferred ) Knowledge of U.S. customs declaration systems (ACE, US Customs) Understanding of U.S. export regulations and basic handling of hazardous materials Minimum 3 years of experience in exports and U.S. logistics coordination
