$45,000- $65,000 Annual Salary range Position Summary Radiant Global Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Operations Agent to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our international logistics operations, delivering exceptional service while managing the end-to-end coordination of global shipments. This position is fully on-site at our office in Doral, FL. Key Responsibilities As an International Operations Agent , you will be responsible for: Acting as a key point of contact for international logistics operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Managing all aspects of international shipments from initiation to final delivery (“A to Z”). Providing accurate and timely communication with customers and partners throughout the shipping cycle. Executing AES export filings in ACE, as required. Collaborating with carriers and partners to secure optimal rates, including special or spot quotes. Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery, proactively resolving any delays or discrepancies. Performing detailed audits of vendor charges for accuracy and compliance. Maintaining up-to-date documentation and compliance with export regulations and internal SOPs. Supporting team members and stepping in to assist with workloads as needed.

Qualifications Required:

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of freight forwarding experience , with both domestic and international experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of international shipping documentation and compliance procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Microsoft 365). Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Knowledge or experience in the cruise ship logistics industry. Familiarity with ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) and AES filings. Previous experience contributing to process improvement initiatives. Work Schedule Full time schedule of minimum 8 hours per day with flexibility to complete all required job duties and responsibilities. Work Environment Usually moderate noise level. Climate controlled office environment.

Salary Range:
