Salary Key Responsibilities:

Process and facilitate import and exports with U.S. Customs with a focus on vehicle exporting both ocean and air Review and monitor customs import and exports Perform accurate reporting and billing Apply Export Customs regulations including 192.2, TSA, HAZMAT and AES Provide information and documentation to U.S. Customs and other government agencies. Secure bookings with SS and Air lines and coordinate trucking Maintain effective/professional relationships with clients, carriers, forwarders and customs. Inform and explain to clients about customs regulations, tariffs and shipping restrictions. Ensure timely dispatch of cargo. Work as a team with warehouse and other departments Ensure confidentiality is maintained and protected.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of college required. Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Export, freight forwarding, NVOCC Ability to work in fast-paced team environment. Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality Willingness to learn and grow with the company Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills Must be open to change and an advocate for continuous improvement. Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent communication skills Must be results-oriented and willing to take ownership of all assigned projects Team player with a positive attitude Don’t meet every single requirement?
