Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate export documentation for international Ocean shipments from origin to destination. Assist & coordinate with the export department shipments. Ensure that export regulatory requirements are met (Responsible for AES transmission and compliance regulations). Fulfill all stipulated key milestones. Maintain accurate costs and profits by overseeing and completing proper billing to clients based on agreed pricing. Agree shipping costs with the service provider with management approval. Obtain and create quotes for shipments and source best method of transportation to customer and Lamaignere worldwide alliance offices reques

3+ Years in Freight Forwarding Industry Ability to communicate and provide great customer service Being able to work independently and part of a team Knowledge of local and international carriers and routes Able to cope under pressure and meet deadlines Great organizational skills Outgoing and forward-thinking mindset Ability to navigate and work efficiently using IT software
