SUPERVISOR CARGO

ATLANTA, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Objective:

Supervise the operation for cargo and charter flights, always ensuring compliance with the Quality and Safety standards in all the operation procedures for Latam Cargo and the different service providers.

Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise the operations of cargo and charter flights, including the handling of special cargo such as

AVI, HUM, PER.

• Ensure that the Service Provider complies with the planning, execution and control of the operation.
• Provide communication between the Service Provider and Latam Cargo in case of deviations or problems with the operation.
• Identify and report non-compliance with procedures as opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare cargo flight management reports and present them both to the Team and to external areas.
• Support Area Security, monitoring compliance with the security procedures and standards defined by the company.
• Support in the definition of the processes of the area defined in the Cargo Operations Program and approve them before being implemented in the line of operation.
• Periodically audit the processes with on-site visits and remotely control some station tasks.
• Carry out any other activity, of a nature similar to the previous ones, that the leadership requires.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 semesters of higher studies.
• 2 years of work experience in the industry.

MS Office:

Word, Excel, PowerPoint desirable.

Bilingual:

Spanish and English.

• Availability to work flexible hours.
• Availability to travel at the request of the company.
