A leading law firm is seeking a highly qualified International Trade Associate with 4-8 years of experience to join its Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission , along with broad experience across customs, trade remedies, and national security-related regulatory matters .

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in antidumping, countervailing, and safeguard duty proceedings Advise on customs compliance and enforcement matters Handle regulatory issues involving export controls and sanctions (including EAR, ITAR, and OFAC ) Counsel clients on CFIUS reviews and other national security compliance issues Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, advocacy briefs, and filings

Requirements:

4-8 years of legal experience in international trade, with focus on trade remedies and/or customs Admission to practice in Washington, DC Excellent academic credentials Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
