Rosedale, NY Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant logistics experience Exceptional Customer Service skills (verbal and written) Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Exceptional problem-solving skills Communicate effectively with internal departments, other regional branches and offices, and all external contacts Good organizational skills and ability to learn and retain information to build core industry related skills. Must know how to use and organize Microsoft Word, Excel. Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities:

To operate all jobs under the proper & timely usage of company internal system, include data & sales/costs entry Maintain services toward customer’s satisfactions & excellency through good communication & coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business suppliers/partners Handle & co-ordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agent to ensure the shipment executed smoothly in daily basis Generate shipment Debit Note Sending of pre-alert to overseas agents Make shipment booking with airlines Monitor & handle Air Export Custom declaration Follow-up & update shipment information related to Air Export & Brokerage Monthly Close Lot Air Export Understand, apply and enforce all rules and regulations applicable to the job and compliant with all parties involved

TSA, KSMS, ACE, D/G
