The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate compliance, property management principles, and South Carolina real estate law , along with excellent organizational and leadership skills. This position plays a crucial leadership role in supporting our agents, overseeing brokerage compliance, and contributing directly to the growth and success of our fast-expanding Fort Mill office. Responsibilities Serve as the Broker-in-Charge for all South Carolina licensees affiliated with our firm. Oversee brokerage operations to ensure compliance with SC Real Estate Commission rules and Fair Housing regulations . Recruit, mentor, and retain talented agents to drive strategic growth . Facilitate property transactions by supporting agents representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to real estate transactions. Guide agents in navigating complex deals, market shifts, and best practices. Conduct property showings, office training sessions, and open houses as needed. Maintain accurate records of transactions, licensing, and office compliance. Collaborate with real estate professionals including appraisers, inspectors, lenders, and vendors. Lead training programs using our on-site education space to support both new and seasoned agents. Experience & Qualifications Must hold an active South Carolina Broker license (Broker-in-Charge designation preferred or attainable). Proven experience as a Broker or Broker-in-Charge , with a focus on compliance and agent support. Strong knowledge of SC real estate law, brokerage operations , and Fair Housing regulations . Background of, and having real estate sales is a plus. Excellent organizational and leadership skills , with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Effective communication skills ; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a bonus. High integrity, proactive problem-solving skills, and a desire to build a thriving office culture.
