Position Summary:
We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Customs Brokerage – Entry Processing Supervisor in our Columbia, SC station. This role focuses on successful team growth and development, as well as day-to-day operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for an Entry Processing sector, ensuring your team complies with DHL’s global customer care standards. Drive high performance by ensuring the team meets customer service-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), continuously improving the customer experience. Partner with the local central dispatching team to oversee daily freight movement and manage workflow, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving escalated issues. Provide expertise, critical thinking, and problem-solving support to help grow DHL’s market share and support the product and Hub stations.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent understanding of U.S. Customs Brokerage, global forwarding, Air and Ocean services, and the overall logistics industry. 3-5 years of experience in a related area of responsibility. 5 years of supervisory experience in a related field. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across internal and external stakeholders. Licensed Customs Broker required.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range:
$62,475.00 – $83,300.00 (Based on Experience)
Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus role-dependent performance-based incentives 401(k)

$1-for-$1 match up to 4% quarterly + 2% annual base contribution
