This role is critical to ensuring seamless international trade operations by managing customs compliance, coordinating with third-party service providers, and maintaining accurate documentation and data records. Review and validate import documentation for accuracy and compliance with customs regulations. Facilitate customs clearance, including working with brokers or handling self-brokerage processes. Assign accurate tariff codes to products and ensure proper classification. Coordinate import/export functions with vendors, brokers, and freight forwarders. Prepare and submit commercial documentation for international shipments. Maintain complete records for audit compliance and reporting. Support internal and external audits with required documentation. Audit vendor invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies. Ensure timely data entry and tracking within ERP and supply chain systems. What we expect from you Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, International Business, or a related field. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and supply chain software. In-depth understanding of customs import/export regulations and documentation. Self-motivated and customer service-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
