Responsibilities Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic planning. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights on financial performance. Ensure timely completion of financial audits and implement necessary improvements based on audit findings. Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business performance. Education Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. Skills Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. Strong mentoring skills with the ability to develop team members. In-depth knowledge of GAAP principles and practices. Experience in the property management industry is preferred. Familiarity with various financial software applications. Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements, annual tax filings, and external audit engagements.. Expertise in full-cycle accounting. Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and financial policies that drive scalability, reduce risk, and improve reporting efficiency. Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle accounting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
