Responsibilities Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic planning. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights on financial performance. Ensure timely completion of financial audits and implement necessary improvements based on audit findings. Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business performance. Education Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
