Director of FP&A:
Manage monthly consolidated P&L and cash flow forecasts, ensuring alignment of assumptions across operating divisions. Evaluate variances between actual results and forecasts, assess year-end impacts, and present insights to senior leadership during Monthly Business Reviews. The Director FP&A will lead the development of the long-range plan, including model review, assumption validation, and preparation of materials for executive presentations. Prepare business cases for strategic projects and conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to inform decision-making. The Director of FP&A leads a team of three FP&A professionals, guiding consolidation efforts and fostering collaboration across the organization. Preferred Qualifications for the
Director of FP&A:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred. 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a public company. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Power BI or Tableau, and advanced Excel; familiarity with Word and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial insights to senior leaders.
