Position Brief At HCLTech, we are looking for a senior leader in our DPO business to run F&A Service Delivery for a Global Fortune 100 Hospitality Client. The Position envisages end to end responsibility for a large, Multi tower (AR, AP, RTR, FP&A)/ Multi Location F&A Service Delivery. Focus Area Running High Quality F&A operations across multiple Global locations with a strong focus on data driven Operational rigor . Anchor Strong relationships with Finance Leadership stakeholders Like Finance Controllers / Procurement Leads/ Business Leads/ CFOs Management & Accountability for SLAs/KPIs, Business outcomes , Client Expectations and Contractual Commitments. Drive Alignment of processes, people, technology & best practices to execute on the transformation Charter and continuous elevation of Effectiveness, Efficiency and Experience metrics. Building and developing a Skilled pool of resources with Deep Domain capability. Ensure execution of a robust Risk Framework Change Management – Navigating / Helping client transition to a redesigned Operating Model Skills and Qualifications

CA/CPA/CFA/MBA

Finance or equivalent 20+ years of experience (including BPO) Experience in Managing large Multi tower F&A Operations Excellent communicator in written and verbal form & exceptional data analytics skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing large F&A Accounts for 3rd party BPOs.
