Job Description

Description We are partnered with a client to source for a Director of Fiduciary Accounting to work in a hybrid capacity based in the St. Petersburg, FL area. This role will be responsible for leading all aspects of accounting, reporting, and movement of client funds, ensuring for tight compliance over the movement of premiums and commission among the Company’s counterparties to ensure smooth flow of funds and reporting & leading a team responsible for producing and reviewing various reports (e.g., cash reconciliations, liquidity analyses, etc.), communicating with counterparties, and signing off on control documentation (or resolving exceptions and deficiencies when appropriate). This specific role has substantial exposure to reporting, handling of cash, controls, and leadership and will require exceptional communication & collaboration skills, as well ability to utilize technology to efficiently prosecute objectives. This individual will also be responsible for leading debt and equity raises, modeling of implementation and system redesign, organizational restructuring, M& A, and preparing the company for a successful exit on an accelerated timeline under the mentorship of a strong finance executive team with proven experience in developing highly capable leaders into highly sought after C-Suite Executives. Requirements + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
