Hourly Salary:

$45-$50/HR. Responsibilities Oversight of accounting functions including AP/AR, General Ledger, Month-End Close. Payroll, Fixed Assets, Grants Accounting & Audits. Preparation and presentation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles to be audited. Budget preparation and review. Ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and associates. Supervise and develop a team of 4-6 finance and accounting members. Requirements 5-7 years of accounting experience with strong technical accounting skills Demonstrated leadership of accounting and finance teams in non-profit. Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Master Degree Strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
