What You’ll Do:
In this high-impact role, you’ll be the go-to expert for technical accounting across US GAAP, JFSA, and Statutory reporting. Your work will span technical memos, impairment analyses, internal controls, and cross-functional project management-including special transactions and M&A due diligence. You’ll also:
Conduct independent research on evolving accounting standards and evaluate their impact.
Prepare technical documentation and work closely with auditors and consultants.
Lead and contribute to enterprise-wide projects and accounting initiatives.
Educate finance teams on new guidance and promote continuous learning.
Maintain internal policies and represent the company in industry working groups.
What You Bring:
8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and/or finance
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
CPA or similar professional designation
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP (bonus if you know JFSA or Stat!)
A knack for translating complex accounting into clear, actionable insights
