• Division Head of Accounting and Taxation CFS NY is workingwith a global manufacturing organization searching for a DivisionHead of Accounting and Taxation to join their team They have longlasting tenure, great benefits including a 401K and a pension planalong with many financial incentives This role will be reportingdirectly into the VP and President of the organization and will beplaying a huge role in overseeing both the accounting departmentand the taxation department Role Responsibilities•Division Headof Accounting and Taxation Manage and oversee corporate accounting,corporate income/franchise tax and financial functions Monitor GAAPand IFRS compliance practices, federal and state tax regulationsMinimize corporate tax liabilities and Provide financialinformation, tax research and planning to the top management formaking business decision Oversee monthly financial statementsanalysis and reporting to the top management Monitor performance ofaccounting and taxation departments and provide necessary training,improvement or job arrangement among them Follow up monthly andyear-end closing schedule, and assure close on time and accurateFollow up federal and state quarterly and annual tax returns areaccurately and timely filed Preferred Qualifications•DivisionHead of Accounting and Taxation Experience working with both GAAPand IFRS 10 experience in Accounting and/or Taxation Priorsupervisory/managerial experience BA or Master degree in Accountingor Taxation CPA is a plus Mandarin speaking is a plus INJUL2024ZRCFS
