The VP, Controller’s responsibilitiesinclude: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (A/P, A/R,payroll, GL) and manage a team of 7. Lead month-end close,consolidations, and compliance for multiple entities. Supportdevelopment and documentation of accounting policies, GAAPinterpretation, and internal controls. Collaborate with FP&A onreporting frameworks and financial analysis. Manage auditpreparation, tax compliance, and help scale accounting processes asthe company grows.

Bottom of Form Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreein accounting required, CPA preferred 8 years of experience(ideally in both public accounting and industry) Must havecommercial biotech industry experience Prior experience withNetSuite or equivalent ERP systems Thorough and current knowledgeof GAAP accounting principles Experience in the followingdeveloping internal controls and driving implementation of policiesand procedures
