Position Summary:

Laurel House is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This part-time position includes oversight of the bookkeeping function and is a key partner in financial planning, analysis, and audit facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy of financial records and general ledger Supervise bookkeeper Manage monthly close and financial reports Conduct cash flow analysis and support budgeting Collaborate with teams to provide financial insight Support annual audit and maintain accounting policies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years accounting experience Supervisory experience preferred Nonprofit experience a plus Proficient in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Strong communication, organization, and discretion
