Position Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Financial Officer for our Covington Campus. As a leading institution dedicated to academic excellence and student success, we are committed to providing comprehensive financial aid services to support our student body.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate financial aid applications and determine eligibility for various aid programs, including grants, scholarships, and loans. Counsel students on financial aid options, application procedures, and budgeting strategies. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing financial aid programs. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the student experience. Stay informed about changes in financial aid policies and procedures to provide up-to-date guidance to students and staff.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in financial aid administration or student services is preferred but not required. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
