Thomas seeks a student financial aid counselor effective June 2025 to join our student financial services team. The student financial aid counselor’s primary responsibility is to assist our students, and other interested parties, through the financial aid process while keeping the mission of the College a priority. The counselor will also assist the team with financial aid processes including, but not limited to, federal Direct Loans, work-study, financial aid offers and providing support for some aspects of student accounts receivable. Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • An associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Customer service experience?
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to student success and student financial knowledge?
