SHORT TERM ASSIGNMENT

Shift:

1 st shift 8am-5pm

Pay:

$22/hr

Duties:

• Guiding students through every step of the financial aid process, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
• Delivering exceptional service with clarity and efficiency, helping students navigate financial hurdles.
• Collaborating closely with Admissions, Student Services, and other teams to enhance student satisfaction and success. Requirements
• Have a High School Diploma or GED (some college coursework preferred) and 3 years of customer service or sales experience; 2 years in Financial Aid is preferred.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Are proficient with computer applications such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
