Financial Aid Call Representative 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars New York, NY 10010 Our client, a leading organization in the education sector, is seeking a Financial Aid Call Representative to join their team. As a Financial Aid Call Representative, you will be part of the Office of Financial Aid supporting students and their families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and the ability to navigate complex information, which will align successfully in the organization.

5 hours minus 1 hour lunch=5.5 hours per day ) What’s the Job? Provide phone coverage for the Office of Financial Aid. Respond to student and parent phone inquiries and leave detailed comments using the portal. Help students and families navigate the Student Center regarding To Do list items or holds that may impact their financial aid and disbursement. Assist families with navigating the Federal Government’s Studentaid.gov website to apply for federal financial aid. Identify when more advanced assistance is needed from a financial aid counselor. What’s Needed? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to exercise good judgment and professionalism in all interactions. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in accordance with FERPA guidelines. Reliable and regular attendance with a positive attitude. What’s in it for me?
