Job Description The Graduate Financial Aid Officer shall counsel graduate students concerning the aid applications process, qualifications and the availability of financial aid. The Officer will complete all aspects of the financial aid process, including, but not limited to: verification, awarding, disbursement and return of funds. The Officer shall also respond to general inquiries about financial aid and assist students in completing financial aid application forms.

Job Duty
Job Duty Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large;
Job Duty promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students;
Job Duty Provide equitable student aid award packages, ensuring compliance with all federal and state financial aid regulations;
Job Duty Entry and electronic processing of aid, including federal, state and institutional scholarships and loans ;
Job Duty Completion of the federal verification process;
Job Duty Respond to telephone and written inquiries to the financial aid application process, awarding and disbursement;
Job Duty Travel to extended campus sites to represent the Financial Aid office as needed;
Job Duty Attend periodic financial aid trainings and/or conferences to improve skills and enhance the effective management of financial aid programs;
Job Duty Completion of required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University; and
Job Duty Perform other duties as assigned.
