Pay Rate and Status :

$45,000 – 52,000, Exempt Job Description The Financial Aid Information processor will work through all the processes to ensure that Financial Aid is disbursed accurately and in a timely way, while adhering to all compliance requirements. This role is essential for fostering an inclusive educational environment by ensuring that all students have access to the necessary resources for their academic success.

• Review and resolve student financial aid packages for completeness
• Review and resolve students eligibility to include C-Codes and Verification for aid to disburse
• Review and resolve any credit balances on account
• Review and resolve students accounts to satisfy outstanding AR
• Complete any NSLDS Reporting Exceptions monthly.
• Complete Return to Title IV calculations when a student ceases to attend.
• Complete VA Certifications timely and accurately
• Complete TSAC Certifications timely and accurately
• Review and disburse Campus based aid timely and accurately

Requirements:

Strong mathematical skills to analyze financial data accurately. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Experience in financial services or loan processing is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

3-5 years of Financial Aid experience preferred
