Knowledge of general software, operating systems, and other technology fundamentals. Required Qualifications Technical Diploma or Associate’s Degree plus
Two(2) years of related experience (e.g. – Financial Aid/Student Services office experience including working with financial aid/student information-related software systems; document management systems; data collection and reporting). (An equivalent of relevant education and/or experience, including part-time, may be considered.)
Equivalent:
HS/GED plus 4 years of experience working with federal financial aid related programs and regulations and/or direct financial aid experience in a higher education setting.
Equivalent:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data/Information Science, Management Information Systems, or closely related degree. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or technology-related field.
4 years of relevant full-time experience.
Working knowledge of all financial aid processes and systems.
Advanced knowledge of computer software, operating systems, and other technology fundamentals, Banner software.
Banner experience.
