Portfolio Analyst I Alabama Farm Credit FLCA Cullman, AL

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in lending, credit review, and/or auditing.

JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Performs risk analysis studies, with general guidance, including loan portfolio stress-testing to ensure maximum protection of Association assets and to maintain compliance with all applicable FCA regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

With general guidance, performs risk analysis studies including loan portfolio stress-testing to ensure maximum protection of Association assets and to maintain compliance with all applicable FCA regulations. Contributes to the development and ongoing support of loan portfolio stress testing procedures. Creates and/or evaluates and maintains credit underwriting technology tools. Assists in logistics, policy compliance, and reporting functions for the Association’s loan committee. Could serve as an ex-officio member of the loan committee. Assists in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures. Analyzes and interprets portfolio data to support and ensure high quality portfolio management reporting, research trends in the Association’s portfolio, and develops reports for senior management for their assistance in decision making. Analyzes large capital markets loans to support strategic lending and investment decisions.
