• Position Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
• Financial Analyst
• to support business performance monitoring, month-end closing, and digital transformation efforts. This role involves financial planning, trend analysis, reporting, and implementation of modern digital tools to streamline financial operations.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Perform financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities + Analyze trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business performance + Prepare and present regular financial reports and profitability analyses to management + Monitor and interpret KPIs (e.

g., volume, profit, headcount, cash flow), taking corrective action as needed + Support digitalization initiatives by implementing tools, training users, and optimizing reporting processes + Adapt and prepare performance review materials aligned with business priorities + Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and standards

• Qualifications:

• + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; Master’s preferred + 2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience + Solid understanding of financial metrics, reporting tools, and variance analysis + Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with digital reporting tools + Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team •

Preferred:

• + Experience with digital finance tools or ERP systems + Exposure to IFRG-compliant reporting standards

• Pay Details:

• $20.
