Job Summary The Clinical Financial Coordinator will manage day-to-day financial operations, support budgeting processes, and ensure financial compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with accounting software, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Key Duties & Responsibilities Prepare, track, and manage budgets and financial reports. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and forecasts. Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations. Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Prepares, tracks, and distributes biweekly productivity reports to managers. Prepares and tracks monthly volume dashboards for providers. Prepares various financial and operating analytics to assist Finance and other departments. Collaborate with various departments to align financial planning with organizational goals. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management or a related field required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. 1+ years of experience in a financial or accounting role. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, SAP). Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards.
