Construction Financial Analyst American Process Management Birmingham, AL 35203 • Hybrid work We are seeking a Construction Financial Analyst to join the team at American Process Management (APM). APM uses proprietary processes to bring real-time analytics and financial analysis to large-scale projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost. Responsibilities Provide project financial consulting for Fortune 500 companies Help project teams visualize spend through financial analysis and detailed accruals Drive project forecasts and develop financial models to capture all remaining costs Facilitate and drive meetings to keep stakeholders informed of project trends Analyze and review project actuals, forecast, cash flows, and budgets Conduct month end close processes and analyze for accuracy Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Professional and Customer focused Minimum 2-5 years of financial analysis experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills
