What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Analyst, Finance – Operations, you’ll be at the heart of our planning and performance reporting functions, helping us optimize operations across all levels. Here’s how you’ll make a difference: Crunch the numbers: Extract, analyze, and present data to guide short- and long-term strategic decisions.

Spot trends:

Identify anomalies and trends in key operational metrics, helping leadership make informed decisions.

Shape the future:

Support the team:

Deliver daily, weekly, and period-end reports to executives and managers.

Innovate and streamline:

Drive process improvements, develop automated tools, and create impactful dashboards to boost productivity.

The ideal candidate has:

A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Expertise in Excel and familiarity with tools like SQL, Access, or Business Objects. Bonus points for experience with Think LP, Agilence, Alteryx, Power BI, Snowflake, or MicroStrategy. Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly across business units.
